Dialog Life Insurance reports higher premium income again

ugsburg, February 18, 2009. The Dialog Lebensversicherungs-AG was able to considerably increase its premium income in the 2008 business year, despite the difficult overall economic situation. While the life insurance market grew by a mere 0.9 % according to preliminary estimates, total gross premiums written by Dialog increased from Euro 173.9m to Euro 188.3m, corresponding to an 8.3% growth achieved by the company. For the first time, the number of 300,000 insurance policies was exceeded.

Chief Sales Officer Rüdiger R. Burchardi is highly satisfied with this result. “As a specialist insurer for biometric risks, we are excellently positioned in the broker market. Our top-rated term life and disability insurance policies satisfy society’s basic risk provision demands, and can be individually adapted to all needs due to their high flexibility. Our often-praised service orientation resulted in a strong increase in the number of sales partners again in the year 2008.”

Against the general trend, the customers of Dialog will continue to benefit from a constant profit bonus of 4.3 percent.
